How to prepare
Before shoot day
1. Create a 30-40 second script and send it over. Our team will edit if needed and confirm any changes with you. We will load the final script onto the teleprompter for the shoot.
2. Select 4-7 different outfits.
On shoot day
Arrive with your hair & makeup done, bring 4-7 different outfits and we'll handle the lighting, framing, sets, props, makeup & hair (touch ups only), styling, directing, photography, videography, sound and catering. We'll also be offering media training to ensure you're confident and ready to be on camera.

We know most of you know how to edit on the in-built social media apps and other creative editing apps such as InShot and CapCut..

AND we know that the biggest challenge many small businesses and personal brands come up against is a lack of good content to work with.
​
We will build you a library full of photos in various locations and outfits and video content that can be used to create countless reels.
​

Perfect to pin to the top of your social media pages, this cinematic reel showcases
the essence of you.
This one will be edited for you.
'So what exactly will I get?'
Let's break it down..
You will receive 1 x professionally edited Introductory Reel featuring your gorgeous mug
speaking to camera/your audience and some relevant b-roll footage over the top.
This video will be based off a script you provide to us in advance.
This can be 9:16 Portrait or 16:9 Landscape depending on your most used platform.
YouTube, LinkedIn and websites work well with Landscape orientation.
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook prefer Portrait orientation.
1 x professionally edited Cinematic Reel as per the example above. All action, no speaking to camera. This video can feature any text you would like as well as your logo.
*If you do not wish to speak to camera at all we can create 2 x Cinematic Reels instead.
You will also receive all of the video clips from the day after they have been cleaned up and colour graded. This means you will have a library of beautiful video content to make short, creative reels using the social media editing tools, editing apps on your phone (such as InShot or CapCut), or an editing program on your computer like iMovie, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
From newbie to seasoned editor, you will have plenty to work with.
The potential is only limited by your imagination.
You will be sent a link to some editing tutorial videos when you receive your final content library.
We want everyone to be confidently editing their reels in creative ways.
You will also have 100+ high quality photos wearing a range of outfits and in different locations for as much variety as possible.
And finally, you will be given access to the Behind The Scenes content folder on the Cloud featuring you working your magic on set and all the fun that unfolds throughout the day. These photos and videos can be used as more content for your social media feeds, website, promo material, email marketing imagery and more.

30 years in the film and media industry and the Managing Director of Sydney Classic Productions.
​Dave will be in charge of the full production from scheduling and media training to script editing and lighting. Dave will be your go-to with any questions on the day and will be capturing ample Behind-The-Scenes footage too.
Sarah Maxwell

Sarah will be taking care of your video reels on the day. With a passion for finding
creative ways to film her subject, Sarah will ensure you leave with some unique, beautiful content.

Do I need to arrive with makeup and hair done?
Yes. We will have someone who can help with makeup/hair touch ups but there will not be time for each person to have full makeup done for the one day workshops.​

How much time will I have on camera per look?
For each new outfit you will be on camera for 20-30 minutes with 20-30 minutes to change in between.
​
Where will I change?
There will be bathrooms available as well as privacy areas that can be used one at a time.
​
What if I have food intolerances or allergies?
Let us know on the booking form and we will cater to your needs.
​
What if I have a product I want to feature in some of my shots?
Bring it/them along! We will happily add some product photography & videography to your day. This will of course mean less time for photos/video of you but that will be your call.

Can I have access to the behind the scenes footage and photos shot on the day?
Absolutely! Your end deliverables will include access to the behind the scenes content folder from the day.
​
How long after the workshops will I receive my final content?
Within 2 weeks after the shoot date. If there are any delays in this you will be notified.
​
How do I know if my script is ok for my 'Piece To Camera' reel?
Once your spot is secured we will send you a script template to assist in creating your script. We will require the final draft no later than 1 week before the shoot to ensure we can assess and confirm it will work for the 'piece-to-camera' reel. We will have this loaded onto the teleprompter on the day so you simply need to read and not stress about remembering your lines!
